All Flexible Spending Accounts have a three-month period following the end of a plan year or coverage period that establishes the deadline to file claims and submit documentation. If you had a Flexible Spending Account that ended on June 30, 2026<\/strong>, your deadline to file claims and submit documentation for claims incurred for the pervious plan year is September 30, 2026<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Claims and documentation may be uploaded to Inspira at www.inspirafinancial.com<\/a><\/strong>. They can also be submitted by fax to 1-888-238-3539<\/strong>, or by mail to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
