At the Information and Educational Technology (IET) team, we’re always working to improve the support we provide to our campus community. That’s why, starting soon, you may receive a short customer satisfaction survey<\/strong> in your inbox shortly after one of your IET tickets is resolved.<\/p>\n\n\n\n This brief survey is our way of gathering honest feedback on how well we handled your request–whether it was a quick Wi-Fi fix, software assistance, or something more complex. Your input helps us identify what’s working well and where we can do better.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Important note:<\/strong> We know our campus regularly conducts phishing awareness tests with simulated emails. Please rest assured that these IET satisfaction surveys are legitimate<\/strong> communications sent directly from our team. They will come from a recognizable IET email address and focus solely on your recent support experience (no suspicious links or requests for passwords\/personal information).<\/p>\n\n\n\n We value your time and your voice.
