Did you know there are Aflac Benefits available to you through payroll deduction?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our Aflac Representative, Judy McCullough will be at Fishburn Hall HR Training Room for some brief informational meetings: TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 4th<\/sup> and WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 5th<\/sup> from 9:00 a.m. – 9:30 a.m. and Noon- 12:30 pm. All that attend one of the above meetings, will have their name put in a drawing for an Aflac talking Duck and a gift card, no purchase necessary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Individual appointments are available each day from 1:30 p.m.- 4:30 p.m. Please email Judy to set up an appointment at judy_mccullough@us.aflac.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Aflac pays you Cash benefits regardless of any other insurance! Plans available include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Accident<\/strong>: 24\/7 coverage Very important for you to have and costs less than a fast-food meal!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Short Term Disability<\/strong>: for income protection for off the job injury and illness<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cancer Insurance<\/strong>: pays large benefits for DX and treatment! Currently 50% of men, and 34% of women are getting Cancer. Plan is changing so lock in with the current plan’s benefits before January 1, 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Critical Care<\/strong>: pays large $10,000 benefits for DX and treatment for 6 CI including Heart Attack, and Stroke, affordable and locks rate at current age.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hospital Plan<\/strong>: helps with benefits for confinement, doctor visits, surgery, ER, and more due to illness, or injury<\/p>\n\n\n\n
