The Department of Human Resources Management (DHRM), Office of Health Benefits, has announced that the 2025-2026 Open Enrollment for full-time employee health benefits and flexible spending accounts will be from May 16 – May 30, 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Unlike in the past years, the Open Enrollment communication “Spotlight” will not be mailed to employees’ home addresses of record.  Rather, the Spotlight and other Open Enrollment communications will only be sent electronically to the employees’ email addresses listed as primary in Cardinal, which is your @email.vccs.edu email account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To avoid missing critical Open Enrollment communication, if you have not already done so, it is strongly recommended that you have your @email.vccs.edu emails forwarded to your @virginiawestern.edu account.  Instructions are available at: <\/p>\n\n\n\n
