On Friday, June 28, changes were made to the college's online calendar reservation form. Additional tutorial opportunities are available as follows for the new form:
- July 2 at 2-3 p.m.
- July 8 at 10-11 a.m.
- July 9 at 2-3 p.m.
- July 10 at 10-11 a.m.

Employees that enrolled in a health flexible spending account (FSA) should be receiving their Elite VISA® Benefit cards and Welcome Kits by the end of this week. The cards were mailed beginning June 21 to participants’ home addresses. As a reminder:
- Use your new Elite VISA card for services on or after July 1 and your current Wage Works card through June 30th.
- Address FSA questions or concerns about the accounts for the current 2012-2013 plan year to Wage Works.
- Contact Anthem, the new FSA administrator, on or after July 1 about accounts for the 2013-2014 plan year.
- If you have remaining money in your health FSA for the 2012-2013 plan year, be sure to spend it by June 30.
- For employees that use paper documents to be reimbursed for expenses occurred through June 30th the deadline to submit the paperwork to Wage Works is September 30.

On Tuesday, July 16 from 11:30am - 1:00pm at Taubman Museum, Chef Ewald Notter will be demonstrating his amazing skills and conducting a meet and greet. He is an acclaimed master of modern day confectionery arts, popularly known as a celebrated competitor, eminent teacher and esteemed author. His masterpiece creations come from his artistic palette of sugar and chocolate. Chef Notter is widely respected as an innovator that helped mold the craft and advance the industry. He has worked and competed in over 15 countries, winning numerous awards including at least 15 gold medals, as well as National and World Pastry Team Champion, and Pastry Chef of the Year. As part of the 2001 U.S. National Team in Lyon, France, he scored the highest ever recorded number of points for sugar, 699 out of 700, helping the U.S. Team achieve its first Gold Medal.
Admission is free to the event.
