Please welcome Randy Holley, who has joined Virginia Western Community College as the Associate Vice President of Human Resources.

Randy has most recently served as assistant public defender for Bedford County, preceded by roles at Carilion Clinic as human resources consultant and at Bob Jones University as an associate professor.

He holds his J.D. from Liberty University School of Law and M.A. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from George Mason University.

Randy has a passion for education and the Roanoke Valley. His goal is to aid in furthering Virginia Western’s mission.

Faculty and staff are invited to attend a reception to welcome Randy on Monday, Feb. 6, at 3 p.m. in the lobby of the President’s Office.
