Rental Information
Located in a picturesque setting, the Greenfield Center is the perfect facility for your group meeting, retreat, conference, or special event. The 40,000 square foot building offers eight meeting rooms including an 85 seat lecture hall, computer lab, and formal conference room. The 2,776 square foot lobby areas offer plenty of space for special events. Guests can enjoy spectacular views from the lobby areas and several classrooms.
Located off Interstate 81, exit 150B, the center is easily accessible and is only 20 minutes from downtown Roanoke. It’s the perfect place to get away for a day, or a week.
Available Spaces
Our spacious Lecture Hall, which seats up to 85 people, can host conferences, multi-media presentations, and group seminars.
The computer room has 20 stations that are equipped with up-to-date software and technology. All Greenfield computers have internet access.
The board room can fit up to 20 people, and has a great view facing the mountains. It is an ideal space for executive conferencing, video presentations, and breakout sessions.
If you have a large training group or a company exhibit, the expanded seminar room is perfect for you. It consists of three different rooms that can be utilized individually or opened up to create one large space. Other uses of the expanded seminar room are for meetings, parties, larger classes and community events.
The mezzanine is a perfect dining area, dance floor, or exhibit display location. The lower lobby features a scenic view of gorgeous mountain landscapes and local wildlife. Keep it in mind for company retreats, dinners, or celebrations!
