On Ramp Grant
The On-Ramp Program is a grant that assists dislocated workers with
tuition, books and fees in order to successfully transition them back into the workforce. Funding may be used for Career Studies Certificates, Short-term Certificate and Degree Programs.

Who Qualifies?
- Dislocated Workers
- 18 and Over
- If male, registered with Selective Service
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Exhausted Trade Act or Unemployment benefits
- Seeking Career Studies, Certificate or Degree
- Have completed a FAFSA form
