You will be eligible for a full refund of tuition for credit hours of course (s) you drop on or before the last day to drop with a refund as listed in the Academic Calendar. Refunds will not be authorized after the refund dates and are mailed from the Department of Treasury approximately 6 weeks after classes begin. Students may drop classes online using My VWCC. Students may also drop in person during the refund/drop period.

Please insure that you update your student address whenever you relocate or change your address. Address changes may be made by calling the Admissions Office or by accessing SIS through MY VWCC.
