Tuition and Fees
Tuition rates and fees are published each semester and are subject to change.
Tuition Payment
Registration is not complete until your tuition is paid by the payment deadlines. If tuition is not received by the deadline, your classes will be dropped and you will need to re-register.
You can pay tuition online, by mail or in person. See the payment options page for complete instructions.
Important: Student bills will not be mailed. However, we will remind you of upcoming deadlines via your VCCS Email account. Please make sure your contact information in MY VWCC is up to date.

Payment Plan Option
To help meet your educational expenses, Virginia Western Community College is pleased to participate in Nelnet's tuition payment plan. For a non-refundable fee of $25.00, Nelnet allows you to pay your tuition in monthly, interest-free payments. The earlier you enroll the more payment options you may have. Payments are deducted around the 20th of each month depending upon whether you opt to make your payments by ACH or by credit card. Opportunity to enroll in the payment plan for the Fall 2010 Semester will begin on July 1st, 2010 and continue through August 24th, 2010.The chart below outlines the enrollment period and the required number of payments associated with each.
