Career Coaches are community college employees, who are placed in local high schools to help students define their career aspirations and take advantage of post-secondary education services. Additionally, linking students with business and industry skills development and employment opportunities. The goal of the Career Coach initiative is to increase the number of high school graduates prepared for employment, community college/4-year enrollment - especially in career and technical fields, and other career pathways.
