Make a Payment

  1. Sign into My VWCC by clicking on the Login to My VWCC link on the left of this screen or the My VWCC link on the VWCC homepage.
  2. Click VCCS SIS: Student Information System.
  3. Click Student Center.
  4. Scroll down to the Finances section.
  5. Click make a payment.

  6. The First Name and Last Name must match the name on the credit card.
  7. Select the Credit Card Type.
  8. Enter the 16-digit Card Number.
  9. Select the Expiration Date Month and Year.
  10. Enter the Telephone Number and Email Address.
  11. The Address must match the address for the credit card.  To change, click Edit Address.
  12. Click Next.
  13. Specify your payment amounts.  To pay all charges, click Pay Charges.
  14. Click Next and confirm your payment amount.
  15. Click Submit.
  16. To exit, click Sign Out.
