Our Standards

New student e-mail accounts will only be flagged for creation once a student enrolls for a class. After an enrollment is processed, a nightly batch job will enable the e-mail account for use the following day.

We recommend that once your account is set up, that you immediately change the password to one that only you know! DO NOT LEAVE THE PASSWORD AS THE DEFAULT!

Finding Your E-mail Account

You can find your e-mail account by following these steps.

1. Log into the MyVWCC system (https://vw.my.vccs.edu/).
2. Once authenticated, click the View My Information link under the My Tools menu.
3. Your e-mail account will be listed.

Access Your E-mail Account (check your mail):

Once you know your e-mail address, you can access your account from anywhere in the world.

There are two options for accessing your e-mail account.

Option 1:

You can access your e-mail by using https://email.vccs.edu/. This will log you directly into the e-mail system.

Option 2:

You can also use MyVWCC at https://vw.my.vccs.edu/ to access your e-mail account. Just log into https://my.vccs.edu/ system and click the Student email link.
