The Fitness Center will re-open for the Spring Semeter on January 18, 2010!
The Virginia Western Fitness Center is committed to providing the campus community with a resource for health and wellness. Come in during our "Office Hours" with personal trainers to help assess, guide, and evaluate your fitness goals.

Student Hours:
Monday & Wednesday 9:00 - 11:00 AM & 12:30 - 5:30 PM Tuesday & Thursday 9:00 - 11:00 AM & 12:00 - 7:00 PM Closed Friday, Saturday and Sunday
Faculty and staff may have additional access to the Fitness Center using the door unlock code. Please contact Karen Carpenter or Barbara Wright to obtain the code.

The Kick Off Assembly will be on Wednesday, January 20 at noon in the Humanties Gym. Join us!

The Fitness Center is equipped with:
- 8 Life Fitness Treadmills
- 3 Precor Elliptical Trainers
- 2 Life Fitness Recumbent Bikes
- 2 Life Fitness Upright Bikes
- PreCor Rower
- Dumbbells - 5 to 50 pounds
- 8 station strength circuit
- Various fit balls, yoga mats, exertubes, cardio theater TV capability, and more!
