Pay for classes

To pay for classes by phone:
1. Call (540) 857-7827
2. Press 6 for Registration Functions
3. Enter your Student ID/Emplid followed by the pound (#) sign.
4. Enter your 6 digit PIN. Initally, the PIN will default to your date of birth and you will be required to change it. Your PIN is a set of numbers that you shouldn't share with anyone; it protects the privacy and confidentiality of your personal information. Select a PIN that is easy for you to remember, but very difficult for someone else to guess.
5. Enter your student type.
- Semester Credit Student - enrolling for college credit
- Continuing Education Student - enrolling for non-credit
- QCRED, not a valid option
6. Select the appropriate semester.
7. Registration Functions
- To access your account balance and PAY by credit card, press 6.
- Press 2 for Account Balance Option.
- Enter the credit card number followd by the pound (#) sign.
- Enter the credit card expiration. Months 1-9 should be keyed with a preceding zero.
- Enter the 5-digit zip code of the credit card billing address.
