Upcoming Graduates – Need a Men’s Suit for Interviewing?

Thanks to a generous donation there are men's suits, blazers and pants available for FREE in the Hall Career Center. They are available on a first come, first served basis. Suits are in a variety of sizes and colors. The Hall Career Center is located in the Thomas Center on the 2nd floor - just down the hall from Student Activities.

Come to Virginia Western's Fair, March 19, from 9:30am - 2:30pm in the Fralin Center.

Meet with admissions counselors from schools all across Virginia like, Virginia Tech, Radford University, Liberty University, Old Dominion, VCU, Roanoke College, Ferrum College, Jefferson College of Health Sciences, Hollins University, and many more!

Come learn about specific programs offered at four-year schools and have your questions about transferring answered by representatives from the schools you are interested in attending.

Women’s Basketball Open Gyms

Student Women's Basketball will be held:

Mondays 7:30 - 9:30 PM

Wednesdays 8:30 - 10:00 PM, ending April 23.

Open gyms held in Humanities Gymnasium.  Open to all current female students.  Must have student ID to sign-in.

2014 Men’s Soccer team

Students interested in playing on the 2014 Men's Soccer team should email Russell Dishman at rdishman@virginiawestern.edu

Men's Soccer season runs from August to late October.  Students must be full-time in the fall semester.  Team travels to Virginia, North Carolina, West Virginia, and Maryland schools and plays around 16 matches.

Is your personal information in the Student Center up to date?  Please check your mailing address, telephone number, e-mail address, etc. to make sure they are correct.  We want to make sure you receive all communication that is sent by the college.  To edit your personal information:  (Note:  If you have a name change, a Notification of Change form and verifying documentation should be submitted to the Record’s Office.)

  • Under Personal Information, update the appropriate item
