  • Ted Talks, 12:15, B107, Nancy Duarte: The secret structure of great talks from the "I have a dream" speech to Steve Jobs’ iPhone launch, all great presentations have a common architecture. At TEDxEast, Nancy Duarte draws lessons on how to make a powerful call-to-action.

Upcoming:

  • Soup and Service, February 20th, stop by for a free bowl of soup and find out about service opportunities. Bring a can of soup for Soup for Seniors.  No donation is required!
  • Soup for Seniors, February 20-24, donate cans of soup for Soup for Seniors.  Virginia Western Do-Gooders is collecting cans of soup for the League of Older Americans to distribute to local senior citizens. Drop off soup in any division office, Brown Library, Fishburn Hall, 1st floor, or the Student Center. Let’s collect 2,000 cans of soup!
  • Free MovieThe Muppets, March 1st, 4 and 7 p.m. Whitman Theater, free with Virginia Western ID
