Tuition Payment Deadline
The payment deadline for the Spring 2012 semester is Thursday, January 5th at 11:59 p.m. for all students currently enrolled and not receiving financial aid or third party payment. Please note: Financial Aid recipients must pay for any classes not covered by their award amount.
In order to prevent being removed from your classes, you must pay your tuition either in-person at the Cashier’s Office in Chapman Hall by 6:30 p.m. on January 5th, 2012, on-line through our website at www.virginiawestern.edu before 11:59 P.M. on January 5th, 2012 or enroll in a payment plan at MY VWCC by 11:59 P.M. on January 5th, 2012.
Payment in Person
Payments may be made in person at the Cashier’s Office in Chapman Hall. Payments can be made from 8 a.m. until 6:30 p.m. through January 5th, 2012. Extended hours will be observed through this period. Payments can be made by cash, check, Visa or MasterCard. If the tuition drop box is used after hours, students should include checks only. All payments require a student’s EmplID, so that payments may be recorded correctly.

Payment Plan Option
To help meet your educational expenses, VWCC is pleased to participate in Nelnet’s tuition payment plan. Students who enroll between now and January 5th, 2012 by 11:59 p.m. will be required to pay the $25.00 non-refundable fee, 35% down payment and make three (3) payments. The payments will be due on January 20th, February 20th and March 20th, 2012.

Payment after January 5th, 2012
Beginning January 6th, 2012, Virginia Western Community College requires that tuition be paid at the time of enrollment in order to prevent being removed from your classes.
