Mindful Meditation: Mondays 12:00pm-1:00pm Stop breathe observe and connect with your inner experience.
Step it Up: Tuesdays 11:30am - 12:30pm Get your heart pumping! This class utilizes a raised surface, choreography.
Yoga: Tuesdays 12:30pm-1:30pm ,Wednesdays 11:00am-11:50am and 5:30pm-6:30pm Intermediate stretch and flow class. Internal focus for energizing and calming.
Sculpting Blast: and Thursdays 8:30am - 9:30am A weight-based class targeting specific muscles. Uses medicine balls, weights, and bands.
(Scultpting Blast Tuesdays 5:30pm - 6:30pm is cancelled for April 28th and May 5th)
Buns, Guns, and Guts: Focuses on booty, arms, and abs. Uses hand weights and mild cardio.
(Buns, Guns, and Guts 12:30 - 1:30 is cancelled for April 29th)
Salsa Dancing: Thursdays 2:30pm-3:30pm Learn the steps while giving your body workout and have fun. No partner needed
Pilates: Thursdays 5:30pm-6:30pm Lengthen and strengthen your entire body using core muscles and incorporating strength training.
Zumba Fitness: Fridays 12:30pm-1:30pm Dance-based fitness that use a fusion of Latin and International rhythms with easy-to-follow moves.
