Chief Service: Virginia Western has launched a campus wide retention initiative called "One Great Hour" Continuous Alert Plan for Enrollment Management and Student Success. Retention activities designed to increase student satisfaction and success are coordinated through the Alliance for Excellence/Retention Office.
