Library Closed for Labor Day Weekend

Brown Library will close on Friday, August 30th, at 5pm and will remain closed throughout the Labor Day weekend. We will reopen on Tuesday, September 3rd, at 8am.

Congratulations to Our Winners!

As part of National Library Week, Brown Library sponsored a Word of the Week contest. Students, faculty, and staff were invited to create their own definition for the word, “jentacular”— no Googling allowed! We received many great definitions, many of them relating to either Jennifer Aniston or Jennifers in general. Some of them related the word to gentleman.

Congratulations to our student winner, Patrick Breslin! His definition: “When in the midst of an intense game of Jenga, and one performs a spectacular move that wobbles the tower but doesn’t fall.”
