Mission Statement
The Virginia Western Community College Human Resources Office exists to promote and serve a highly productive and motivated workforce charged with delivery of quality educational and training programs for those who enroll and matriculate through the college. We are committed to providing a work environment that is fair, equitable, open and responsive in the workplace.
