The Fall 2013 Educational Foundation Scholarship Application is now available. Please read all instructions and Apply Now. The deadline to apply is May 17, 2013. All materials must be hand delivered to the Educational Foundation, Fishburn Hall 214 by 4 p.m. on May 17, 2013. Need help paying for college? A scholarship from the Virginia Western Educational Foundation may be the answer. With over $140,000 awarded annually to Virginia Western students, a scholarship can provide some much needed funds to help offset the cost of tuition, books, and other expenses.
Scholarships are available for academic excellence and/or financial need. The Virginia Western Educational Foundation awards scholarships to students who demonstrate financial need, but may or may not qualify for financial aid.
The Educational Foundation awards the majority of its scholarship through its May application process for the upcoming academic year. A supplemental scholarship process takes place during the fall semester to award funds for the next spring semester.
