First, reduce your cost of education by making sure that all non-educational costs are necessary and reasonable. Re-evaluate your family's financial resources and be certain you consider all sources of money.
Parents of undergraduate dependent students may be eligible to borrow under the Federal Parent Loan for Undergraduate Students.
If your parents decide to apply for a Federal Parent Loan for Undergraduate Students return to the section called "Student Loans" and scroll down to the section that is called "How to Apply for Federal Parent Plus Loans" and follow the instructions. Parents may borrow the difference between the Cost of Education and other financial aid received.
