In the ongoing effort to provide enhanced communication during times of emergency, Virginia Western is pleased to announce the new VW Alert Text Messaging System. The system is designed to immediately contact you during a major crisis or emergency. The system delivers important emergency alerts, notifications and updates to you on all your devices:

 

• E-mail account (work, home, other)
• Cell phone
• Pager
• Smartphone/PDA (BlackBerry, Treo & other handhelds)

 

This system is a free service for all of our students, faculty, and staff.
