As a way to help you stay motivated during this fall semester, the CommonHealth Committee is holding the first ever Make-Your-Own-Challenge Challenge. Because we all have different ways we would like to make improve, change or learn, this challenge is what YOU make it. We will help provide a buddy, tips, inspiration and perhaps a little something at the end. Some challenges you may want to try:
- Overall fitness
- Break a bad habit
- Healthier eating
- Quit smoking
- Or anything else!

- November - Stair Climbing
- December - Healthy Snacks and Lunches
Sign up by emailing Tara Nepper with your challenge and if you would like to be paired with a buddy who has a challenge similar to yours. No one's challenge will be made public and you will not be required to share results. Look for weekly encouragement in the Daily Bulletin.
