Expression of Gratitude from Sylvia Foster

Dear VWCC family,

I would like to express my gratitude for your support during my husband Robert Foster’s long illness. Your prayers and words of encouragement got us through this very difficult journey. Robert is home with the LORD now. That journey is over.

As most of you know, Robert went into cardiac arrest February 12, 2014. By GOD’s grace he woke up from that after being in a comma for 8 days. GOD’s grace allowed him to be with us for an additional 6 months. We had that time to get even closer. I know that was the agreement GOD had with Robert when He allowed him to return to us from that dreadful heart attack. The kids and I miss him dearly. It is starting to set in that he is no longer here. I know that I will have to lean totally on GOD along with my family and friends.

I want to also thank everyone at VWCC for your support during the funeral services. Robert’s home going was wonderful and he would have been pleased with the service. Please continue to keep us in your prayers as we go through the days of missing him. I have to really uplift my staff in Printing and Mail Services. I am truly blessed to have that team to work with.

I love each and every one of you! May GOD’s blessings continue to flow throughout the entire VWCC campus.

Sincerely,

Sylvia, Brian and Kimberly Foster
