The IEO would like to thank Kristel Clark for serving as the QEP Director this past year. Her hard work and dedication have made the launch of Navigate: Get THERE Through Team Advising a huge success. As we transition from the development to the implementation phase of our QEP, the leadership role will also be evolving. After two years serving as Faculty Senate President and a year developing the extensive QEP project, Kristel is excited to return to the classroom in the fall. The IEO is extremely thankful for her leadership in this important project over the past year. Through her exhaustive efforts, we have a well-developed plan and focus for our project
Starting this summer, Jenifer Kurtz will serve as the QEP Manager and continue in this role in a part-time capacity throughout the next five years of the project. Jenifer will be supported by a QEP team of faculty and staff who will lead different phases of the project throughout the five year implementation. Brooke Ferguson, Coordinator of Enrollment Services, will be one member of the team working with Jenifer.
For updates on the QEP, watch for announcements in the daily bulletin and the launch of our QEP website.
A few items from the Marketing Department are missing in action! We've all checked our car trunks and still can't find the following items:
Pop-Up Banner "Congratulations Graduates" Last seen at graduation last year. The banner would be in a black nylon rectangle bag.
- 2 blue tablecloths with "Virginia Western" in yellow. These are the lighter-weight nylon blend and the back is white. Unknown when last seen.
Reward for these items being returned. Contact Tara Nepper if you've sighted these much-needed items.
