Registration is not complete until tuition is paid. If tuition is not received by the appropriate deadline shown below, your classes will be deleted and you will need to repeat the registration process.
Students who have completed and submitted their FASFA on-line and are awaiting initial Financial Aid approval are not protected from the enrollment cancellation process. These students will need to pay by the deadline established or enroll in a tuition payment plan.
For Virginia Western Educational Foundation Scholarship recipients, funds are credited to your account during the initial registration period and before the final day to pay to avoid being dropped from classes during enrollment cancellation.
For Community College Access Program Participants: CCAP participants will be protected from enrollment cancellation by a "do-not-drop" indicator placed on their student account until funds are credited.

Important Information
The college will offer early enrollment to returning students for the Fall 2012 semester beginning on April 20, 2012. Students may register for classes; however, payment will not be accepted or required until after July 2, 2012. The first payment deadline for Fall 2012 semester is August 2, 2012. Students who register early but have not paid for their classes by August 2, 2012 may be removed from their classes.
Open enrollment for all students for the Fall 2012 semester will begin on June 25, 2012.
