Pay Tuition
Students must pay for tuition by the published deadline which can be found at http://www.virginiawestern.edu/admissions. If a student has registered past the tuition deadline date then tuition is due on the same day as registration. Students who do not pay tuition by the deadline will be dropped from classes and will have to register again for classes. Students may tuition in person at Chapman Hall or online.
Instructions for online payment
- Go to: MyVWCC
- Enter Username and Password.
- Click Log In
- Click VCCS SIS8.9: Student Information System.
- Click Self Service.
- Click Student Center.
- Click Account Inquiry. If you are unable to view your account, click User Preferences, select Va Western Community College. Click Save.
- Click Make A Payment.
- Step 1 of 4: Specify your payment details.
- The First Name and Last Name must match name on credit card. Change if necessary.
- Click on the drop-down and select the Credit Card Type.
- Enter the 16-digit Card Number. Do not enter spaces, dashes, slashes.
- Select the Expiration Date Month.
- Select the Expiration Date Year.
- Enter Telephone Number (area code and number).
- Enter Email Address.
- Address, City, State, and Postal must match address on credit card. To change, click Edit Address.
- Click Next.
- Step 2 or 4: Specify your payment amounts. To pay all outstanding charges, click Pay Charges. To make a partial payment, specify the payment amount. Click Calculate Grand Total.
- Click Next.
- Step 3 of 4: Confirm your payment amount.
- Click Submit.
- Step 4 of 4: Review your payment results for success.
- Click View Confirmed Payment.
- Click the Printer icon on the toolbar for a receipt.
- To exit, click Sign Out.
Facts
To help meet your educational expenses, Virginia Western Community College is pleased to participate in the FACTS tuition payment plan. For a non-refundable fee, FACTS allows you to pay your tuition in monthly, interest-free payments. The earlier you enroll the more payment options you have. You may enroll in the FACTS plan or review the available payment plans at FACTS e-Cashier or contact FACTS Tuition Management at 1-800-609-8056.
Financial Aid
Financial aid is also available for qualifying students.
The State Board approves all tuition and fees for Community Colleges and has the authority to change any and all tuition and fees without prior notice.
