Pickup of class rosters from your Guidance Coordinator for each dual enrollment class you will teach this semester. Be sure to turn in your dual enrollment class roster(s) by Friday, September 9.

Note: Students with EMPLIDs cannot be registered for any dual enrollment class(es) since they have not completed an application for admittance to Virginia Western.
During the period between September 13 and September 30, students may drop/add classes without penalty. Contact bsalyers@virginiawestern.edu to drop or add students from class rosters.
This is the LAST OFFICIAL DATE THAT STUDENTS MAY ADD OR DROP a dual enrollment class(es) for the fall semester. After this date, no student(s) will be allowed to add any dual enrollment class. Students who wish to drop a class after Friday, September 30 will receive a W, which will go on the student's academic record at the college.
This is the last official date that students may withdraw from a dual enrollment class. Counselors or instructors who wish to withdraw a student(s) should contact Bill Salyers at 857-7235 or bsalyers@virginiawestern.edu.
This is the deadline for fall semester grades to be entered into the My VWCC system to dual enrollment instructors. Click here for information on entering grades.
