What is the HonorS INSTITUTE?
Emphasis in the Honors Institute is placed on student exploration of new ideas, in-depth discussion and critical thinking.
Cultural events, field trips, and participation in the Honors Student Organization provide opportunities for learning outside of the classroom, while building long-lasting relationships with fellow honors students and dedicated faculty.
Admission into the Honors Institute is selective and will be based on a combination of several factors, including transcripts, test scores, letters of recommendation, and essay on an assigned topic.
