Program Outcomes

  1. Graduates are eligible to sit for and complete the National Council Licensure Examination-Registered Nurse (NCLEX-RN) leading to licensure as a Registered Nurse as evidenced by NCLEX-RN pass rates.
  2. The program prepares students to practice in various community-based settings as identified by employer and graduate surveys.
  3. Students enrolled in the Nursing Program complete curriculum requirements within three years as illustrated by program and college graduate retention rates.
  4. Program satisfaction of graduates and employers are measured by employer satisfaction rates and graduate satisfaction rates.
  5. Graduates will perform as entry level RN after program completion as evidenced by the employer satisfaction rates.
