The Institutional Effectiveness Office (IEO) works with administration, faculty, staff, and students to promote the mission, vision, and core values of the college. The department is responsible for coordinating student assessment, strategic planning, accreditation activities, program reviews, and institutional research. Through these efforts, the department engages in data-driven evaluation and planning that will provide an environment conducive to learning; quality instruction; comprehensive transfer degree programs; innovative degree, certificate, and workforce development programs; and a broad range of student support services for our students and our community.
